Under Dutch and EU consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.
To submit a return or refund request, please sign in to your account using the button below. You can request a return for any fulfilled order directly from your order overview.
How it works
- Click the button above and sign in with your email address.
- You'll receive a 6-digit verification code by email — no password needed.
- Select the order and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- Choose a return reason and submit your request.
- We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Return Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
