1. Shipping

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days

(Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs or courier issues.)

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.


2. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.

How to Return

  • Contact us at support@strapupfitness.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  • Ship the items back to us within 5 days of your return request being approved.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item (e.g., size or color), request a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items cannot be returned, such as personalized items, final sale items, or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

  • If merchandise is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Timeline

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@strapupfitness.com.
