Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 14 daysof receiving your order.
Eligibility for Return:
- Items must be returned in new, unused, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging.
- Please include a copy of your receipt or order number with your return.
Non-returnable Items:
- Items marked as "final sale", "custom", or "personalized" are not eligible for return.
- Gift cards, downloadable products, and some health and safety items may also be non-returnable. Please check the product page for specifics.

How to Return an Item:
- Contact our customer service team at support@strapupfitness.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- We’ll provide you with a return authorisation and detailed return instructions, including the return address.
- Pack your items securely, ensuring they are in their original condition.
- Ship the item back to us using a carrier of your choice. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Return Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Refund Policy
We will issue a full refund for returned items that meet the above return requirements. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and will be issued within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned items.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@strapupfitness.com. We will provide a return label for the damaged item and send a replacement at no additional charge, or issue a full refund.
